1

Consultation

That important first step. This is where we talk to you about your kitchen. When we say talking, actually it involves far more listening. We listen to you, to what you’re looking for, to what kind of kitchen you dream of having. This bit is crucial, because it’s about us getting to know you, and you, in turn, finding out about what we can do for you. It can be in your own home, or in our showroom. It’s really up to you.

Don’t worry if you’ve got loads of ideas, or even if you’re feeling a bit stuck for inspiration. Once we get talking, you’ll find the ideas start to flow. We’ll find out how you use your kitchen, and how it fits in with your household. What you like to cook and prepare, what your family likes about a kitchen, and what you might be missing and looking to find in having a new kitchen space.

From this, we’ll come away with some clear ideas about your kitchen requirements, what matters to you (and what doesn’t).

2

Design

We’ll design your kitchen using cutting-edge CAD software. This is also great for giving you an accurate picture of what your new kitchen layout will be like once finished. We find this kind of visualisation is enormously helpful for our customers because it bridges the gap between a two-dimensional plan and the physical reality.

Once we’ve brought the design to life for you, we can discuss any changes or fine-tune to it you want to make before finalising things. Obviously, the next bit, once you’re in the showroom, is to see the actual worktop styles and appliances that you’ll be getting in the flesh. This means you can also be clear exactly what choices you want to make in terms of materials, colours and finishes.

Then it’s time for you to sign on the dotted line and complete the contract for designing, supplying and fitting your new kitchen.

3

Survey

Once you’re happy with the design and the kitchen you’ve chosen, we’ll undertake a full survey at your home. This is vital in ensuring that everything will fit, and work within the available space. We’ll check where all the wiring and plumbing is, and what we might need to do to ensure your new kitchen is safe, reliable, functional and meets all the necessary safety requirements.

Generally, our scheduled survey takes up to two hours.

4

Installation

This is it, the big one when the magic happens. Don’t worry though, because we’ve got a highly experienced, professional team of installers on hand. They’ll be methodical, they’ll clean up after themselves, and they won’t drink all your tea and coffee – unless you insist, of course!

5

Completion

When we’ve installed your kitchen and we’ve checked everything methodically, we’ll then ask you to sign off the installation. This is the time for you to check you’re happy with our workmanship, and that everything you were expecting to find is in its rightful place and looking top-notch.

Then we’ll leave you in peace, free to enjoy your new fitted kitchen, just the way you want it, designed to work for you and give you pleasure for years to come. We offer a free kitchen design service and we look after you every step of the way until you have your dream kitchen installed and ready to use.
